Schedules for the Shoots

Shoot Schedule for location

Shoot Schedule of the studio
We were allocated specific time slots where the studios all ours. On this sheet people have written when they are starting at 7 am for Chris, the media technician to prepare. For us, we had to make sure we were able to shoot with Jacob, who had different free periods to us. So before this sheet was made, we had to mark which periods we, as a group were free and when Jacob was able to shoot with us. Luckily, we only needed to shoot in the studio and not on location, making it easier for us.

Call Sheet

For each shoot, we made separate call sheets. Heres an example of our call sheet:

(The numbers are censored for privacy)

The calls sheets gave us an overview of what time who had to be where and when we were shoot which scenes. It also included the props and costumes for each set we were doing.

Shoot board

Example of Shoot board
Each shoot, we had a different shoo board as we would be filming different shots. When we made the shoot board, we made rough estimates of how long it would take to film each shot, this made it easier for us to keep track of time when we were filming. We also wrote down the props that we needed in shot to make sure the continuity is absolute throughout the music video. For the image, we used shots from our storyboard so we understood which shot it was, and we were able to show the actors so they could easily understand. If we needed any reshoots, we would write it down so during our next shoot or our scheduled reshoot day, we could reshoot those shots.

We tended to film by era, so we wouldn't have to keep changing the set, and when we weren't able to film with Jacob, we would either do individual band shots or publicity shots.
